 Sorrows of the Arctic

Lashing crashing something just died 

I stood in the cold sorrows whimpering cried my leisurely unwithered body 

heard a tinkling sound of an Ice cream truck I went and got an Ice cream before 

it splattered to rain ,completely forgot all about my sad pain .

I was homeless and had no idea where to go something was telling

me to go through that dark tunnel to see what was on the other side

without further ado I went through, what else I would rather do.

I ended up on the other side which happens to be Antartica I had

no Idea why I made a fire under the night sky slept on a hammock 

looking at the amazing view, this is way more nicer without my ex husband hue

Wonders of winters day that turns into night

my fixated desire is to have a handsome guy by the fire

I know it wouldn’t happen right now because it’s scorching hot like a desert 

outdoors the sound of creaking floors plus my unlikely chores as i see everyone 

in town eating smores.

at last this sweltering day has come to a end it melts into a winter’s night

I got a fright when i saw a dashing hot guy dressed in white his eyes sparkled so 

bright ,he went straight for me took me out of the window into the middle of nowhere 

I just needed him and the open air .

Since he took one look at me, I looked so fair.I finally saw the first crack of dawn that gleamed the bare trees with a cold summer breeze. The hot guy kneels down on his knees. I was off with my desired guy scorching winter’s Night.

Euro DisneyLand

Somewhere in July we went up to Paris. A magical place caught my eyes and I stepped back in surprise.

 The most Enchanting place I ever saw everyone there stopped and bowed saying Your Highness to me wherever I went.

 I ended up having a glow Inside going on lots of magical rides fireworks filled the sky bursting bright colours everywhere, Euro Disney all the sights was so Beautiful like in a Fantasy The Hotel was so Grand and Royal , it felt like living in a Grand Palace sleeping in a big bed under a poster of Queen Elsa from Frozen. 

This is my big Horizon I know what it feels like for a real princess to live this and I cannot believe it, I can’t believe it’s happening for me even though I’m not Royalty, when I first met hunky men they took me to a cave of wonders filled with Treasure I got to choose a Disney Princess Dress sitting on a very Grand Stool they all turned me into a Beautiful Jewel.

All the Princesses and Prince’s I met Were Entranced they all thought I was the bell of the ball and they were right a handsome Prince held me in his arms on my first beautiful night, Euro Disney Turned me into a 

Princess more than Queen I was the most popular person that everyone has seen. It feels like a dream come true. I really wanted to stay. I got magically swept away, now I can’t stop thinking about it. It’s stuck in my head. I still have dreams of it when I’m in bed . My head is literally stuck in the Ceiling I can’t stop this  blushing feeling.

My Handsome Prince Charming

In all my years I never thought I would be found. Well, I’ve been on the ground having crushes on people who didn’t have a crush on me , all I did was turn it into a big Fantasy. 

I wasn’t so interested in people who had a Disability. For me it was a bit scary. I know some people like me can be weird and strange but maybe not everyone because I was invited to speak about my Busking at the World Down syndrome Congress.

 They even had a Gala Dinner dance party with people wearing Dresses with loud party music and magical lights. 

The party started at night . I was partying away I didn’t want to leave I just wanted to stay. I was boogieing, grooving showing all the moves having a great time, It was almost a start of my once upon a time where I was looking at the Beautiful sights I had no Idea that someone was noticing me. It must have been love at first sight on this very first night.

I mean love was in the air, a handsome hot guy in a Linen suit, handkerchief folded in his pocket just saw a young woman looking so beautiful and fair . 

The handsome man went towards me enchantedly and said “May I have this Dance my lady?” I said okay, sure I never had this feeling before . He took me by the hand, I was so shy we both gazed into each other’s eyes as we glided across the floor, I couldn’t ask for anything more. 

It was a magical waltz he gave me lots of Twirls showing off my Beautiful pearls. I secretly started blushing but my head was in the ceiling, I couldn’t stop this feeling. 

The handsome hot guy disappeared into the crowd heading back into the clouds without saying his name, but our magical romance will remain.

All I know is I Can Fly

All I know is i can fly

 i can just feel I’m up so high 

 my feet off the floor, it is pretty clear what I’m looking for 

Soaring, floating all around 

my life is not just stuck in the ground,

It’s in the stars that I can reach and hold on to as I go, I look at it and it glows .

I feel it glowing, something inside of me is growing ,

I seriously don’t know why but with every tear i cry, pulls me back up to the sky,

I just know  I can fly

All I know is I can fly . 

Somehow I try and that’s all I can do,

I want to fly with you even if we fall and it’s okay to fall because you will always rise 

In fact you’re the biggest butterfly out of all the butterflies 

Spread out your big wings like a aeroplane

Never feel your pain or your blame 

I have a burning flame.

All I know is how to fly 

How to let out my feelings into the sky

It’s the power of my body that pulls me up 

Even if i feel like it’s worth giving up 

My soul never says no, my heart doesn’t let me fail

My arms, legs, tummy, back, shoulders, neck, and head pull me out of my shell. 

Every life challenge I face brings me up to the place where I want to be. 

I close my eyes and imagine me flying in the night skies.

I seriously don’t know when the flying started. Perhaps I didn’t notice it was there all along.

From me being wrong, grieving and not holding on.

All I know is to fly, I just know I can fly.

It’s a powerful force in you that reaches to your dream.

You never stay up and you never stay falling. 

You’re just floating like a stream.

But you can watch the moon beaming, smiling down at you.

Knowing you have the right

All I know is that I can fly. I just know that I can fly.

There is no way you can deny.

That’s how I just know

That when you fly, it’s all about finding your glow.

My Magical my non magical 

it has been complicated, the years go so fast everything you loved is

in the past sometimes in life things change it can feel very strange

standing here not knowing who you are since you’ve gone so far.

Not everything is around you of all the people who love you ,

some things are still the same like family close friends but then

it ends.

 When you look out at the sparkly stars in the night sky 

all the loved people are looking down from you high, I certainly 

remember all the good things I Had it makes feel really glad 

I’m glad I came to Ashwood School without them I wouldn’t 

be so brave 

.

I know we had downs like breaking up with friends

Lockdowns and people dying it is sad you probably don’t know what to do

when no one is here when we are blue

I do feel for you

When you are confused, sing Photos of You

from all those years that you have been through

You probably think, who are you?

I understand those feelings make you high or low

and you don’t know where to go or what to do

If a person you used to really love is through with you

But always keep your memories in your heart, because they are a part of you

You can still believe something great might happen to you

Even if it’s a wish away, or the same person might forgive you

I don’t know, they’re just some ideas I put to you

We don’t know what’s going to happen

But keep holding on, never give up

And just stay strong.  

BLASTING RAINBOWS

Rainbows sparkle like the sun and stars in the sky 

it comes to you when you cry rainbows are always 

there blasting it’s glow ,let all the true colours show there like fireworks bursting 

from the crowd when it’s noisy or loud a big rainbow from your heart lights your way.

to your safe happy place you can stay, rainbows don’t always come from the sky 

they are inside of you and in your heart so you will always be a part of them .

They are good to watch on rainy muggy days there might be a pot of gold i 

would say waiting for you ,it might come out of the blue so you know a big shiny 

Rainbow is you. 

Poem of warm 

Light is bright and fire flickers at night warm winds are blowing 

in a empty cave where it’s snowing warm sheets and cuddly woollen 

cloth around you and a warm blue sea for you and me, the empty cave flickering 

light is sprinting all through the night.

hot Chocolate soup porridge and Tapioca too, with warm milk

white light be with you

and when you sleep white will come and Milky Way goes through

have warm dreams 

and it will come true . 

Poem of Cold 

cold sky dark sky and black birds fly high cold ice cold feet and when you 

sleep cold sheet covers you ,

standing in cold river and then you shiver stars shine

Bright Ellie blow candles out

happy birthday to a woman in the Milky Way .

Your life is Ice 

I was sitting here feeling bleak about my life

that a man wouldn’t find me to be his wife 

I could plunge I know that what all people 

do, when they first get into a pool .

A thunderstorm roared from deep within

a candle flickering golden ,Icy water flows  ripples in it grows 

I jump in the Icy water it made me feel cool my blue purple 

body was like ice. It felt so nice .

who needs to be bleak when can you feel cool water on your cheek 

your life could be in icy water. It makes your brain wiser . 

You could Ice skate why don’t you pretend your gliding on ice

you come inside and eat a steaming pot of rice you could add that to Ice 

Silver and White

Silver clouds in the sky a white moon in the sky with lots of silver and white butterflies 

The snow is glowing bright and everything is white ,I sing everyday and play in the snow.

 I went home and thunder boomed.

 I went into my bedroom. 

 I had a hot bath and a hot chocolate by my bed and I slept with a pillow on my head .

White Dolphins 

Last night I was drunk I staggered plus dreaming of something 

bad soon it became really sad on that night I had a glass of water 

and went to bed .

It made my head a lot better and became more wiser

I heard a strange noise in the night ,I went out into the

beach the sounds of white dolphins laughing in the

waves under a dark sky.

I started to cry of happiness in my eyes I couldn’t leave 

the beach I watched them all night with the wind behind 

me . 

The Image of white dolphins in the night was stuck on

my mind they looked very kind I forgot all about being

drunk and staged Its just what I needed my mind is fresh 

my eyes are clear with a yarn full of white dolphins near.

Their laughing sound echoed in my ear.

POEM OF GOLD

The sun is bright shining so bright peeking in the trees

with a warm breeze and gold river is flowing and it’s

gold showing everywhere is gold it looks amazing to

see.

I could fly in the gold sky with gold clouds floating

by birds sing everyday It’s a golden day where we can play gold juice  and melted 

gold chocolate bars yellow crisps to eat with a golden set .

A golden bed to sleep and count golden sheep

CAOIMHE AND THE FRIENDLY GHOST

I was on my own at a grand posh home 

it was rather lonely and quiet no laughter

no happily ever afters more importantly no family or friends 

you see this is how it ends .

Doing my routine with nothing to be seen after a relaxing bath 

I saw a friendly ghost having a laugh I was so speechless I didn’t know 

what to say or do but then the ghost looks at me and says can I be friends with you .

how do you do I reached out my hand to shake his hand he understanding 

we both looked in the mirror this ghost knew my name

He was very clever .

Suddenly we were in a midst of a hailstorm we both kept 

each other warm roasting marshmallows 

by the fire   The storm cleared the friendly ghost took me 

into the air Higher and higher above wires 

looking down below our biggest smiles 

glowed .
